612 SOUTH GAY STREET RENOVATION
The 612 S. Gay Street Building renovation project will serve as an addition to the Historic Tennessee Theatre's functions. The historic 612 Building will support the theatre by offering a new event venue within the newly restored gathering space on the Gay Street level.
UTK NEW NURSING BUILDING
In collaboration with Ayers Saint Gross out of Baltimore, MHM designed this new 4-story facility to support many diverse areas, including multidisciplinary project teams, flexible laboratory spaces, classrooms, student spaces, clinical training skills, nursing simulations, and administrative spaces.
