AIA 2030 Challenge Commitment | MHM Architects + Interior Designers

In 2021, MHM Architects & Interior Designers proudly signed onto the AIA 2030 Commitment — a national initiative aimed at transforming the built environment toward net zero carbon emissions. This commitment emphasizes tracking and reducing building energy use, with the ultimate goal of achieving carbon-neutral buildings by the year 2030.

As part of this effort, MHM strives to record and analyze energy performance data across our projects, identifying opportunities to improve building efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Our voluntary adoption of the AIA’s Digital Data Exchange (DDx) reporting process reflects our dedication to integrating sustainable design strategies consistently across all projects.

We recognize that meaningful climate action in the built environment is an ongoing process. MHM remains committed to contributing to both local and global sustainability efforts, ensuring that environmental responsibility is embedded in the heart of our design practice.
