PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Marriott Knoxville Downtown underwent a transformative two-phase renovation, spearheaded by MHM Architects and Interior Designers in collaboration with hotel developer RBHD from Columbus, Ohio. The comprehensive project included a hotel brand conversion, alongside site enhancements, exterior façade upgrades, mechanical system overhauls, and a complete revitalization of the lobby and guestrooms. Additionally, the banquet halls on the park level underwent extensive renovations, including expanding the ballroom space.
Boasting 302 thoughtfully designed king or double-king accommodations, Marriott Knoxville Downtown offers an inviting retreat for guests seeking relaxation and comfort. Each room features floor-to-ceiling windows and luxurious bedding, ensuring a restful stay. Step outside to discover the hotel's serene backyard oasis, complete with tranquil fountains and water features, or venture out to explore Knoxville's vibrant attractions.
Partnering with local construction management firm Blaine Construction and acclaimed interior design firm Stonehill Taylor from New York, New York, MHM executed a seamless transformation, blending modern amenities with Knoxville's rich heritage.
